Aina Segun Aina

Aina Segun Aina is a seasoned professional with about 20 years of experience in ICT, corporate governance, human capital development, and strategic leadership. He currently serves as General Manager, Corporate Services & Training, and heads the training subsidiary, SCSC. He is also the Founder and CEO of Bridges Initiatives, promoting peacebuilding and youth development across Africa.

Aina is a trained negotiator, having completed Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, and the Advanced Corporate Governance and Leadership Programme at Cambridge University. He holds a BSc in Computer Science and is pursuing an Executive MBA from Rome Business School.

He has held several leadership roles with the African Youth Union Commission (AYUC) and Junior Chamber International (JCI), leading impactful youth and civic programs in over 7 countries. A licensed HR (CIPM) and ICT (CPN) practitioner, Aina is also a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants and an active member of LDNI, ATD, and NIM.

His consulting and facilitation track record includes engagements with the CBN, NNPC, NCDMB, NCC, PTDF, Lagos State, NCC, MTN, World Bank, and others, covering negotiation, policy, strategy, and performance.
