Dr. Frank DeCaro serves as the Chairman of the Board at Greenleaf University Institute for Professional Studies, a nonprofit educational institution. He’s the President and CEO of the Star Center Foundation and School for Autistic Children in Melbourne, FL.
Dr. Frank DeCaro is also the CEO of International Consulting Business Corporation-ICBC which provides construction management, business development, education and transportation consulting on the ground to countries on the African continent.
