- Non-Discrimination : Members shall not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or any other ground.
- Continuous Learning: Members shall commit to ongoing professional development, staying updated on best practices, and enhancing their skills.
- Collaboration : Members shall work collaboratively with colleagues, stakeholders, and partners to achieve common goals.
- Accountability : Members shall be accountable for their actions, decisions, and outcomes.
- Communication: Members shall communicate effectively, respectfully, and transparently with stakeholders.
- Conflict Resolution : Members shall resolve conflicts professionally, fairly, and promptly.
- Institute’s Property : Members shall protect and responsibly use the Institute’s resources, assets, and intellectual property.
Operational Guidelines:
- Meetings : Members shall attend meetings as scheduled, participate actively, and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Roles and Responsibilities : Members shall fulfill their assigned roles and responsibilities.
- Reporting : Members shall submit reports as required, providing accurate and timely information.
- Financial Obligations: Members shall comply with financial policies, procedures, and obligations.
Sanctions and Termination:
- Breach of Terms : Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in sanctions, suspension, or termination of membership.
- Disciplinary Action : The Institute reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including investigation, mediation, or termination.
